Getting Your Order to You
We ship professional-grade tools and equipment nationwide, and we move fast — most in-stock orders leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Orders over $99 ship free.
Processing Times
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard (3–5 business days) — Free on orders over $99; a flat $8.95 on orders under $99.
- Expedited (2 business days) — Calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
- Overnight (next business day) — Available on most in-stock items; rates shown at checkout.
Freight & Oversized Items
Large equipment — compressors, lifts, tool storage, and other heavy or oversized items — ships by freight carrier. Freight orders include a curbside delivery appointment. Liftgate service and inside delivery are available for an added fee; just ask when you order.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment comes with tracking. Follow your order from our dock to your door on our Track Your Order page, or use the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Local Pickup
Local to the Twin Cities metro? Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we’ll have your order ready at our counter — usually within a couple of hours for in-stock items.
